Wedding Packages and Engagement Sessions

 

We offer several package options, which all include a 4" x 6" album (http://kolo.com/shop/albums/?pl=5), and a disc with the same high-resolution files. We also offer other options if you're not interested in an album package.

Your CD will allow you to make duplicate 4" x 6", 8" x 12", and 10" x 15" photos. We maintain the digital negatives, so that if you're interested in other sizes suitable for framing, we will be able to crop and upload those versions to your gallery. 

 

Modern Package || $1,350

• one photographer (up to eight hours) on your wedding day (add $450 for an additional photographer)

• (200) 4" x 6" photos in a Kolo Hudson slip-in album (color of your choice) 

• a CD with high-resolution files for reprints

• lo-resolution files for Facebook, etc.

• contact/proof sheets with files numbers of images

• Photographs hosted online for two years.

 

Contemporary Package || $1,050

• one photographer (up to six hours) on your wedding day (add $350 for an additional photographer)

• (150) 4" x 6" photos in a Kolo Hudson slip-in album (color of your choice)

• a CD with high-resolution files for reprints (and a signed release)

• lo-resolution files for Facebook, etc.

• contact/proof sheets with files numbers of images

• Photographs hosted online for two years.

 

Traditional Package || $750

• one photographer (up to four hours) on your wedding day (add $250 for an additional photographer)

• (100) 4" x 6" photos in a Kolo Hudson slip-in album (color of your choice)

• a CD with high-resolution files for reprints (and a signed release)

• lo-resolution files for Facebook, etc.

• contact/proof sheets with files numbers of images

• Photographs hosted online for two years.

 

Engagement Sessions 

A $35 an hour creative fee for locational e-sessions includes hosting of your photographs in your own gallery for two years.

During the editing process we will crop and proportion the image as we feel appropriate.

We will provide you different print, package and product options.

CD's with high-resolution digital files are also available. Please add $6 for each photograph that you choose from the gallery.

 

Hiring a Photographer by the Hour

Shephard Imageworks also offers our bridal clients the option to hire a photographer at hourly rates. We will then upload your photographs to your gallery, where you will be able to purchase prints, package deals, and other products. Your wedding photographs will be accessible for two years.

All packages include cost of materials, shipping & handling, taxes, and 150 total miles of travel. Mileage will be billed at $.40 per mile after 150 total miles.
